Give Credit Where Credit Is Due

Oft times we don't like to do that but we need to give credit where credit is due. Especially when you come home to a SPOTLESS house, an AMAZING dinner cooking, and a husband and son on their best behavior. What more could a girl ask for, huh?

I was dumbfounded and overjoyed <insert tear here>!

I went into my bathroom, soaked in a luxurious bath, then went into my bedroom and clicked on the "idiot box" to wait for the hubby to escort me to my meal.

No, this was not a dream  - it really happened - honestly...

And I'm giving credit where credit is due...

You Can't Expect Too Much...

My problem with people is that I expect too much from them which is why I always get my feelings hurt. I over-extend myself and expect others to do the same for me. Does that mean that I cease and desist helping others, or do I continue to give from my heart and then get my feelings hurt when others put me on the back burner?

Am I really giving from the heart?
